Wedhus Gembel in 2010

Do you know the meaning of this term? Have you ever heard Merapi Vulcanic Mountain? Do you know regarding what had already happen to that? Now, let me tell you exactly what happened to it.

Merapi Vulcanic Mountain is located in 25 Km north from the center of Yogyakarta, Indonesia. It is 2968 meters above sea level and one of the most active mountain in the world as well as NASA observe it directly from the satelite. Suddenly, on October 26^th 2010 Merapi erupted for the first time with huge explotion. It threw up about 100.000 m³ vulcanic material to the air called wedhus gembel. Regarding 35 Km away from it, was covered by ash with 5-15 cm thickness. Indonesian Goverment declare sharp-sighted status.

What is wedhus gembel? What is the important of wedhus gembel? It is a term from javanese, Indonesia, that means hot cloud which looks like sheepskin. It has caused 126 people and cattle died and 300.000 people is evacuated. How it can be happened? Due to 600^o C hot cloud, and other vulcanic materials that contain in wedhus gembel, it destroys and kills either living or non-living thing that has been passed 10 Km away from the top. Therefore, it was the most dangerous disaster since 10 years in Indonesia.

Warcraft is like a research

Me,..well.. i am just a part of people in this world.. How can i begin this story?

I am a motivated man.  Nevertheless or i can say unfortunately, i am still single. I love playing games as well as doing research. Yap, playing games and doing research is different activity but have the same way. You know, if you are playing a game, we can say warcraft game which is the most popular game in the world, you need to do some research to win this game. what you need are knowing each characters, the strategies, as well as the fuction of each items.

when you play this game, you work in a team. like a research, you have a team also. You give contributions to your team. You take a part in this. You can not do it by yourselves, so you need to separate jobs to your team. Each team member gets different job, but it has one vision.

Furthermore, in warcraft, you are never allowed to do a mistake. You have to do precisely. You will break your team target if you do this, a mistake. You know when you have to attack and when you must hold ground/defend. it is called a strategy. Like in research, you need to have a strategy in managing times/schedule. How fast you finish your research or how your research match to the deadline, is depend on your team schedule.

Therefore, doing a research is like playing a game. You have a team, strategy, as well as the job itself. You have to do your best. Try not do a mistake. ^_^

my perfect day

MY FIRST IMPRESSION IN"campus"

My perfect days are happen since i start staying in malaysia doing my master.  I come here on November 28^th, 2010 alone. I depart from Indonesia to Malaysia with Malaysia Airlines and arrive in KLIA. Unfortunatelly, i get lost in that airport because this is my first flight to foreign county alone. I do carefully checking every signs that guide me to exit gate, but i still get lost in imigration gate. Finaly, i can get to exit room, but it become my first unforgetable moment in malaysia.

Furthermore, i am picked up by committee, then go to mahalah campus. Nothing is special. However, when i arrive to campus, i am suprise. First impression about malaysia is not important, but this campus can make me surprise. This campus is separated in 2 different place/state. Both of them are in the hill. My first impression regarding this campus is middle east architecture style. However, if i am not mistake, it looks like castle in harry potter too. There are still raven that make so scary. 

On the other hand, there are a lot of foreign students here, especially from the women from arabic countries. Can you imagine how beautiful cleopatra? They are very beautiful. That makes me want to get married as soon as possible.
